About project
"24 hours a day, 7 days a week is never our motto".
The new startup studio believes that there is always the contradiction between “good” design and time constraints. To strive for a balance between work and life, they look to produce unconventional, creative and quality design for their client with a good time management, without working 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. They would like to deliver the minimal design, simplicity is the keyword but still have a high attention to details. The fluidity of time is represented by the seamless line which it flows continuously in the circular logo.
Role: Branding design, art direction

80+ Personal Cards Exhibition
80 Personal Cards Exhibition celebrates unique personality on a 99x52mm card. As one of the participating creative individuals, we are required to create a personal card that defines who we are in terms of graphics, paper and printing. Studio 247 draws inspiration from the association of time, geometry and cities we live in. On this clean name card design, we would like to present the following Chinese wisdom “An interval of time is worth an ounce of gold” visually by simply applying a 1-inch sized gold foil hot-stamp to present “One ounce of gold”. The gold foil treatment with a subtle gradation from light to dark signifies how time passes by from day to night.
